For over two and a half decades, I've lived and breathed the travel industry. It's been an incredible journey that has taken me through diverse roles from operations and product to sales, sourcing, partnership, strategy and commercial.
My career has been more than a job; it's a deep passion for the world of travel, and through it all, I've learned that true success is built on genuine connection and collaboration.
This focus on partnership has naturally led to a mentorship role. Beyond one-on-one guidance to peers, this has evolved into supporting the wider community. I've had also the privilege of serving on industry advisory boards, sitting a various discussion panels, being part of award judge and helping to shape the future of our sector. Whether it's fostering connections within my network or offering a sounding board to a peer, I find immense reward in sharing my journey to help others on their own path to success.

Responsible for driving luxury, lifestyle, leisure and consortia business. Leading a team in their respective segments. Driving overall hotel occupancy, booking growth, improving ADR, increasing market share and marketing engagement.
TENGROUP - GLOBAL COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR (TRAVEL SUPPLIERS)
Responsible for a P&L of £25mil globally in multiple regions.
Leading by example a team of well experienced Travel Partnership Managers. Driving overall travel profitability, booking growth, customer satisfaction, supplier partnerships, member value proposition, marketing engagement.

Dynamic Leadership, Tangible Results I lead successful teams of Regional Heads, Senior Managers, and Markets Managers. My focus is on driving exceptional outcomes and fostering high performance. Annually, I've managed total hotel revenue exceeding £50 million, delivering significant growth.

I lead a high-performing team of Travel Contract Managers and Executives in London. My focus is on strengthening hotel partner relationships and fostering collaboration. Through these efforts, I consistently increased annual revenue by over £20 million.

I was accountable for cultivating strong hotel partnerships across London. My strategic approach consistently drives significant increases in revenue, room nights, and overall profitability. Annually, these efforts deliver more than £7 million in additional value.
ABREU ONLINE - HEAD OF CONTRACTING (HOTELS & GROUP SERVICE)
Launching New Markets & Driving Growth I successfully established a brand-new office, handling all aspects from setup to staff recruitment. My role included strategically positioning the company across the UK and European markets. These foundational efforts consistently led to over £10 million in annual hotel revenue growth.
JACTRAVEL - HOTEL CONTRACT MANAGER
As a Hotel Contract Manager, I specialised in forging robust partnerships within the travel industry. My expertise lies in negotiating favorable agreements that drive both room night growth and profitability. I focused on securing optimal inventory and rates to enhance market presence.
GULLIVERS TRAVEL ASSOCIATES (GTA) - RESERVATION SUPERVISOR
I excelled in supervising large reservation teams, ensuring smooth daily operations. This included adeptly handling all aspects of reservations, from bookings to complex inquiries. I specialized in resolving complaints and disputes efficiently, alongside skilfully negotiating rates to maximize profitability.
CITALIA TOUR (PART OF TUI) - TAILORMADE SALES EXECUTIVE
I specialised in crafting tailor-made reservations, meticulously building unique itineraries that perfectly match client desires. My expertise included expertly negotiating optimal rates and availability with diverse suppliers. This ensures seamless, exclusive travel experiences with exceptional value.
